I am well versed in post-secondary accessibility supports and funding available for students with ADHD and can assist you in navigating this system. I offer a variety of strategies and techniques for folks that struggle with executive functioning. I understand that you might be nervous to come to an appointment, especially if you’ve had trouble with other services in the past. I create a space that is non-judgemental and comfortable. I look forward to meeting with you. I have experience working with LGBQ, Trans, and Nonbinary adults and youth, newcomers and refugees, and people experiencing difficulty with mental health and substance use. I am also a proud member of the trans community.
Regarding substance use, I have experience working with both harm reduction and abstinence based goals, but I also recognize that substance use can be a symptom of something deeper. Together we can work on addressing what’s underneath. Additionally, if you, your child or loved one are experiencing difficulties with gender identity or gender expression, coming out and navigating the sometimes confusing systems to receive medical care, I’d love to support you in that process.
I offer in person sessions in London, ON and virtual sessions across Ontario. Let’s talk about what would work for you.

Choosing a therapist to accompany you on your path can sometimes feel overwhelming. I’m happy for the opportunity to tell you a bit about myself, so that you can make the best choice based on your individual needs.
My educational foundation is in social justice and gender studies. Since completing my undergraduate degree at King’s University College, I worked for ten years as an LGBTQ+ program facilitator, a mental wellness case manager, and a crisis line counsellor for children, youth, and young adults. I’ve really enjoyed approaching these roles using a framework that is grounded in anti-oppressive practice, and trauma-informed perspectives.
I’m particularly passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent individuals, and bring lived experience to my work with these communities.
In our work together, I’m here to meet you where you’re at; all parts of you will be welcomed with compassion and understanding. I look forward to learning what is important to you, and learning your stories, your strengths, and your goals.
I believe that mental health symptoms are often clues that emerge when something is out of balance in our lives and/or in our inner world. I also believe that every individual holds innate wisdom that is critical to their healing journey. My hope is that by providing an empathetic and affirming environment, we can tune in together to this innate wisdom.
I’m currently completing my Master’s of Counselling and Psychotherapy at Athabasca University. While I complete my counselling practicum at Blueprint Counselling, I am clinically supervised by Jared Dalton and am able to offer counselling at a reduced cost. I offer in-person sessions in London Ontario and virtual sessions across Ontario. If you feel we may be a good fit, I would be delighted to offer a free consultation.

I am here to help you befriend your emotions and connect with your inner wisdom so you can navigate life’s journey from a grounded, empowered, resilient frame of mind. My intention is to create space for you to honour your path towards liberation and authenticity.
As a Registered Social Worker I have over a decade’s experience journeying alongside folks from diverse backgrounds. After completing a Bachelor of Honours in Applied Economics and Psychology in Ontario I went on to pursue my Master of Social Work in British Columbia.
My approach is non-judgemental and warm, seeking to co-create a compassionate space where you can truly feel heard. I aim to embody a possibility mindset and a beginner’s mind. Throughout our work together I will be committed to your process while holding an anti-oppressive and empowerment-based stance to support your needs. I am passionate about supporting individuals and couples in addressing attachment trauma, relationship challenges, their inner critic, resiliency, healthy boundaries, finding meaning, self acceptance, self compassion and their relationship to money. I am also honoured to walk towards healing with clients who are experiencing grief and life transitions.
My work is grounded in Narrative therapy with a focus on externalizing and story re-telling. I also use Internal Family Systems, Principles of Financial Social Work, Trauma of Money, CBT and DBT to guide my work with clients.
When I’m not engaging with clients, I can be found seeking joy and/or beauty in watercolour painting, walking in nature, or sharing time and good food with friends and family. I am a passionate advocate for decolonized slow living and minimalism.

We can often be so unkind to ourselves and the experiences we have lived through. You may not know where to start but you know you want to. Reaching out is often the biggest step to make but look at the courage and strength you have demonstrated in landing on this page.
You are ready for this healing journey, and you are ready to have someone create a safe space for you to heal in a way that you want to heal. The people I support are the experts in their own lives but may need some guidance on accessing their inner knowledge. Through counselling we can work together to help you to stand in your power and be your authentic self. I believe in building relationships with not only ourselves, but also our difficulties.
I offer wholistic, relationship-focused, genuine, empathic, grounding therapy with an approach which is client-centered, trauma-informed and strength-based. Now you may be asking, “what does this all mean?” The honest answer is my approach is driven by being unapologetically authentic; which means I walk this healing journey with you, because I have lived these many experiences just as you have. What better way to create a genuine therapist-client relationship than knowing the person in the healing space with you truly understands and has lived the same experiences as you. We will work together to learn new tools and techniques to better yourself and further your healing.
My role is to be a companion that guides you along your path. I have extensive experience working with individuals who experienced trauma; neurodivergent (ADHD/ADD) people; people managing mental health concerns, anxiety and depression, grief and loss, substance use concerns and other addictions; and people looking to improve their relationships.
You’re ready for this and I’m ready to help you. Let’s get started.

Welcome! I’m Vogue and I’m so glad you’re here.
My foremost goal as a therapist is to create a safe space where my clients can exist as their most authentic selves. I am passionate about welcoming and celebrating humans in all forms. I practice with radical acceptance, unconditional positive regard and deep compassion for my clients. My intention is to consistently apply a trauma-informed, culturally responsive and anti-oppressive lens to all of my work. My approach is warm and non-judgemental, with a healthy dose of honesty and humour.
Since 2015, I have had the privilege of supporting children, youth, and their families in the education sector, community mental health agencies and the justice system. I bring expertise and interest in working with attachment wounds, relational trauma, mood and emotional regulation, self-harm, executive functioning concerns, social difficulties and parenting questions.
Some areas I enjoy focusing on are self-compassion, self-worth and confidence building, queer identity exploration and navigating life as a neurodivergent human. That being said, I believe each and every client is wholly unique, and will work with you to co-create your therapeutic plan according to your needs.
I am a Registered Social Worker (OCSWSSW) with a Masters Degree in Social Work from King’s University College. If you would like to know more about my experience and training please see my LinkedIn profile for more information. I look forward to working with you.

Relationships and meaningful connections are an essential part of our well-being, which is why they are at the heart of my practice.
I use an attachment-based approach when working with couples who are facing challenges and looking to strengthen their relationship. In couples counselling my goal is to guide clients to identify patterns in their relationships that lead to conflict. Throughout this process, we will work together to improve communication, create mutual understandings and increase trust.
Additionally, I work with individuals of all ages navigating life transitions and relationship challenges, including parent-child relationships, co-parenting, friendships, challenging family dynamics, and intimate partner relationships.
I have a specific background in supporting individuals who are neurodivergent or have diagnoses such as borderline personality disorder and bipolar disorder. I strive to create a supportive environment where you feel understood and accepted.
I affirm and welcome all LGBTQIA+ individuals and relationship dynamics.
I’m accepting new clients for in-person sessions at our South London office or virtual sessions across Ontario, and offer a range of sliding scale options for payment.
I look forward to connecting with you!

Being human is messy, but you don’t have to go it alone. Reaching out is a big step and I hope you give yourself credit for showing up to care for yourself in this way.
Maybe your days feel overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, you feel stuck in trauma responses, or you’re struggling to navigate grief or a major life transition. Perhaps you’re exhausted and just don’t feel like yourself. Whatever brings you to counselling, I am here to hold space for your pain and help you reach for hope. Positive shifts are possible.
I partner closely with my clients to foster a warm and non-judgmental environment – this is your space and all of you is welcome here. You’ll be supported in bringing compassionate curiosity to your experiences and (re)connecting with your sense of self and safety so you can move through the world in ways that feel more authentic and grounded.
As a therapist, I primarily work from an Internal Family Systems framework (“parts work”) with the flexibility of an eclectic style to match your unique preferences and needs. Other approaches I often draw on include somatic and nervous system-focused work, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindful self-compassion, and DBT skills. We’ll work together to find what feels right for you.
I look forward to meeting you and walking with you toward the kind of life you want to be living.

Within counselling, I strive to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space in which we can collaboratively explore your feelings, thoughts, and experiences. I use a person-centered approach which is tailored to address your unique circumstances and concerns. My focus is on assisting you in developing the insight and strategies you need to move towards a healthy life and meaningful future. I draw from Cognitive-Behavioural and Mindfulness-Based therapies to help you gain clarity about your challenges, identify resources and solutions, and develop skills for coping.
I am a Registered Social Worker (OCSWSSW) with a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Windsor. I also hold a Bachelor of Education from Western University. I have prior experience counselling older adults and post-secondary students experiencing a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, grief and chronic pain/illness. As a former educator, I also have extensive experience and training in supporting youth and their families as they navigate life with ADHD, Autism and other (dis)abilities.
I would be honoured to walk alongside you as you make transitions in your life. Whether you’re starting something new; making a change; grieving a loss; or coping with an unexpected turn, I’m here to support you in the process.

I’m so glad you’ve taken this first step; it’s not easy. My goal is to create a space that is warm, comfortable, and ‘compassionately curious.’ I use a combination of holistic therapeutic approaches because there’s no one-size fits all and actively work to decolonize mental health support. The lens I look through is strengths-based, person-centred, and intersectional. For me, therapeutic safety is rooted in genuine relationships, mindful presence, and social justice. When we can be witnessed without judgement as fully formed, nuanced humans, the seeds for self-acceptance and self-compassion can take root.
I came to this point in my life along a (proudly) humbling, winding path. I have experience counselling children and youth, supporting individuals with spinal cord injuries and chronic conditions, assisting and advocating alongside folks as they navigate various institutions and social systems, providing sexual violence prevention training, helping young adults with career questions and holistic emotional wellbeing, facilitating community-based writing and arts groups for unhoused folks, and working as a full spectrum doula with a focus on pregnancy and infant loss support.
If you would like to know more about my experience and training, please see my Linkedin profile for more information.

I’m glad you’re here, because reaching out is an important part of wellness and healing. Whether you’re facing a major transition, hoping to make manageable changes to longstanding challenges, or desire an internal shift for your present and future, I’m here with wholehearted support for your change journey.
I see our work as a collaborative experiment undertaken with calm, compassionate care. My purpose is to meet you where you are, helping you discover and enhance the inner strengths you already hold on your chosen path. I take a person-centered approach to therapy, following your cues and respecting the vision you have for your life and experience. I am informed in my work by acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), values work, compassion-focused therapy, internal family systems therapy (IFS), existential therapy, and emotion-focused therapy (EFT). While I do not gravitate toward cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), I integrate its elements when aligned with client desires and needs.
In couples/relationship therapy, my focus is on the here-and-now experience of the relationship. Rather than problem-solving, I see our work as centered around shifting relationship members’ experience of one another and themselves toward greater attunement, empathy, and generosity between partners. A foundation of mutual compassion, trust, and security can then be used to address life’s challenges.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist available for individual or relationship counselling. I welcome folks across the LGBTQ+ spectrum and of all gender expressions/identities, sexual orientations, and relationship styles (monogamous, consensually non-monogamous, polyamorous, etc.). Special areas of interest include coping with post-secondary life and transitioning to adulthood, considering life direction, and personal relationships to spirituality/religion. I would be honoured to support you in improving your relationships and communication, discovering a grounded sense of self, thriving in parenthood, and addressing concerns relating to your mental health. I look forward to meeting with you.

Together we will build a supportive and safe relationship that will foster your healing and growth.

The idea of sitting across from a stranger and feeling pressure to be vulnerable can be incredibly daunting. I’ve been there, I attend counselling myself! Many of us have felt the nerves that come with the unknowns of meeting a new counsellor for the first time, especially when you aren’t quite feeling like yourself and are reaching out for support. My goal is to help you feel at ease by conducting sessions where you feel most comfortable. Whether that be in my calm, cozy office here at Blueprint, online where you can enjoy the comfort of your own home, or out in the fresh air on Walk and Talk sessions, where we can experience the benefits of natural surroundings in one of London’s beautiful parks while walking side by side. I’m here for you, at times that work for your busy schedule.
My practice is a dynamic one of authenticity and non-judgement, and as someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, I come to my sessions with warmth and humor at the forefront (oh, and a sprinkling of an Irish accent!). I firmly believe that understanding your mental health and how your mind and body processes thoughts and feelings is crucial to obtaining mental wellness, and I utilize both talk therapy and mind-body (somatic) practices to help get you there.
With 5+ years of counselling experience in the field of domestic violence, I have gained a trauma-informed, feminist, and anti-oppressive perspective, and this is consistent in both my personal and professional life. I enjoy working with folks from many walks of life; individuals, couples, parents, and anyone navigating depression, anxiety, stress, burn-out, life transitions, and many other life difficulties. It can be so rough out there, and you don’t have to go through it alone. Please connect for a free consultation, I’m here, and I’d love to meet you!
