A very warm hello to you. Taking the initial step towards therapy can be a mix of empowerment and apprehension. You are not alone on this journey; I am here to accompany you. Together, we will explore your inner world, navigate life’s complexities, and nurture resilience through a range of effective tools.
I hold a master’s degree in Couples and Family Therapy from McGill University, QC, a master’s degree in counselling psychology and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from India. This educational journey was just the beginning of my goal to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals, couples, and families.
My professional and personal experiences have taken me on a remarkable path, working across the globe and have enriched my understanding of the human psyche and the intricate threads that weave our stories together. This journey also instilled in me a holistic perspective, merging the wisdom of both Eastern and Western philosophies.
I specialize in family and couple dynamics, individual concerns, complex trauma, life transitions, grief, anxiety, and depression to name a few. Your uniqueness guides our work, and I tailor my approach according to your goals and needs. With extensive training in evidence-based models such as CBT, ACT, psychodynamic, and mindfulness, I offer an integrative, humanistic and experiential approach to therapy with heart-centered mindfulness at the core of the practice. The backbone of my work is always trauma-informed care with a strengths-based approach, ensuring cultural sensitivity. I am currently training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) and have completed an externship at the Toronto Centre for Emotionally Focused Therapy.
For a secure, empathetic, and inviting space to begin your healing and self-discovery, I invite you to connect with me. You can also find more information about me via my LinkedIn profile.

Hello, I’m Julie González and I’m glad you’re here! I would like to welcome you on your personal journey of growing, understanding, and healing.
As a mental health professional, I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with 17 years of experience working in mental health care through Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with a psycho-educational and bio-psychosocial perspective. Furthermore, having the opportunity of being a university professor in my home country for 14 years, I have learned that having knowledge of different approaches to therapy brings benefits in the process of teaching patients how to work on themselves and on their problems constructively.
My studies and career as a Clinical Psychologist and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) working in person and virtually, have shown me the importance of comprehending cultural diversity. And in this path, I have had the opportunity to support individuals with social and emotional issues, developing strategies to cope with daily challenges to facilitate clients’ awareness and emotional growth. Following the above, my specialties are depressive disorders, suicidal ideation, anxiety disorders, social skills, copy strategies, family relationships, and emotional management. In terms of health conditions, I have experience helping people to deal with the emotional impact and to walk through the process of having cancer, HIV, and AIDS.
Outside of work, I enjoy sharing moments with my family and friends, cooking, going out to eat, and visiting new towns and cities. When I am by myself, I love spending time watching murder mystery series and psychological thrillers. I also find it relaxing to organize and rearrange my home, listen to music, dance, and play guitar.
If you need someone to talk to that is open-minded and trustworthy, I’ll be here and when you’re ready, we can talk within a safe space. Looking forward to meeting you and starting this process together.

Welcome. It can be difficult to reach out for help, so I first want to acknowledge your courage in advocating for your right to healing and wellness.
Being human is not easy, and navigating this modern world can be a little scary at times. Throughout life’s challenges, it can be hard to remain self-compassionate, centered, and grounded.
You might feel isolated and wary of trusting yourself or the safety of others, or maybe you become confused at times by your reactions to the world around you, and begin to feel disconnected from your inner self, questioning who you are or what you stand for.
Through a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive perspective, I work closely with you to create a collaborative space rooted in social justice and genuine relationships. I compassionately invite you to safely and mindfully tap into your inner wisdom, live in accordance with your core values, and move closer to balance and harmony of mind, body, and spirit. I support you in reconnecting with and developing trust in your Self to guide your relationship with yourself, community, and environment.
As a Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families offering both in-person and virtual appointments. My background working in community mental health, homelessness prevention, crisis intervention, and substance abuse treatment has allowed me to work with individuals from all walks of life. I am a 2SLGBTQ+ affirming therapist and welcome clients of all genders, sexual identities, and cultural backgrounds.
I offer a relational, holistic, and integrative therapeutic approach to healing, drawing from Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindful Self Compassion, and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) skills. I incorporate art and play techniques into my work with children and youth. I welcome spirituality and integrate restorative yoga into practice to support the release of mind-body tension if it feels right for you. Together, we can find ways to come back to that grounded, centred, and compassionate self that you can begin to trust again and carry with you in daily life.
In addition, I am committed to my own personal, ongoing healing work which is vital to my ability to bring presence, empathy, and humility to the therapeutic space. I strive to live a mindful, meaningful life, and welcome you with an accepting heart.

I’m so glad you’ve taken this first step; it’s not easy. My goal is to create a space that is warm, comfortable, and ‘compassionately curious.’ I use a combination of holistic therapeutic approaches because there’s no one-size fits all and actively work to decolonize mental health support. The lens I look through is strengths-based, person-centred, and intersectional. For me, therapeutic safety is rooted in genuine relationships, mindful presence, and social justice. When we can be witnessed without judgement as fully formed, nuanced humans, the seeds for self-acceptance and self-compassion can take root.
I came to this point in my life along a (proudly) humbling, winding path. I have experience counselling children and youth, supporting individuals with spinal cord injuries and chronic conditions, assisting and advocating alongside folks as they navigate various institutions and social systems, providing sexual violence prevention training, helping young adults with career questions and holistic emotional wellbeing, facilitating community-based writing and arts groups for unhoused folks, and working as a full spectrum doula with a focus on pregnancy and infant loss support.
If you would like to know more about my experience and training, please see my Linkedin profile for more information.

Welcome. I am so glad you’re here. I admire your courage to reach out and prioritize your healing and wellness. The path of life comes with many twists and turns, and sometimes the bumps in the road can feel like mountains. This is your journey, but you don’t need to walk it alone.
Therapy begins with meeting you where you’re at. My purpose is to provide a space that is compassionate, non-judgemental, and affirming, where each part of you is welcomed and honoured. I work closely with you to build a genuine relationship rooted in collaboration, safety and respect. Working within this relationship, we will explore your emotions and experiences with gentle curiosity, and I will support you in reconnecting with yourself and your community.
Together, we will (re)discover your inner strength and wisdom to guide you closer to the path of life you envision.
As a therapist, I have been honoured to work with adults and emerging adults from various walks of life experiencing anxiety or depression, grieving the loss of a loved one or opportunity, navigating a life transition, or working through challenges in their relationships. Additionally, my background in crisis intervention has allowed me to support clients in their most trying moments as they navigated feelings of desperation, loneliness, or grief in their lives or in the lives of those they love.
I offer a comprehensive and holistic approach to therapy which honours the integration of mind, body, and spirit, while remaining flexible to your unique needs and circumstances. Drawing from elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I will collaborate with you to identify the values you hold so close, and support you in discovering a means of navigating life guided by those values. In addition, I am informed by Solution Focused-, Cognitive Behavioural-, and Dialectical Behavioural- Therapies and integrate self-compassion and mindfulness approaches, if they align with your needs and concerns. I can also invite you to explore your mind-body connection through Somatic Experiencing and welcome conversations regarding spirituality, if it feels right for you. I welcome clients of all gender expressions, identities, sexual orientations and cultural backgrounds.
I warmly invite you to come as you are to our therapy space, and look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.

Welcome,
It takes courage to consider making changes in your life and I appreciate your willingness to take vital steps towards it with Blueprint Counselling. My name is Andrew, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). As a first-generation immigrant from England, and a past career that required multiple relocations, I have lived experience adjusting and adapting to life in a new community. I will listen to your stories and experiences with the goal of better understanding what brings you to therapy and then work with you towards your individual goals. Counselling with me will be a partnership that utilizes your life experiences and expertise, and my background in psychological research and education.
My approach to therapy is person-centred, which means that regardless of the type of therapy being used, it is important that you are heard and understood during the process. It is my wish that authenticity, curiosity, and compassion towards your story, emotions, thoughts, experiences, and lifestyle will help invite positive change into your life. Whether it is helping you create safety within yourself, understanding yourself better, improving your capacity to cope, navigating life transitions, or understanding your relationship with yourself and/or others, I look forward to joining you on your journey.
I am passionate about working with those who are experiencing intense transitionary periods in their lives such as grief and bereavement, immigration and readjustment, and early adulthood to adulthood. I am also keenly interested in helping those who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, passive suicidality, loneliness, self-criticism, and low self-esteem; and scenarios such as romantic breakups, familial estrangements, and toxic workplace environments.
Outside of work, I enjoy gaming, fitness, the outdoors, collecting, listening to podcasts, exploring new natural environments, and a good movie or TV series.
Together, Blueprint and I can facilitate sessions in-person in London, Ontario, and virtually throughout Ontario.
